Important informations:

• Prices are incl. linens, towels, electricity , incl . final cleaning
• Prices include VAT , plus tourist tax ( adults : 2,60 € / children: € 1,30 ) per day / person
• Complimentary wireless terminal pets are not allowed
• Non smoking rooms, smoker can however enjoy their cigarette on the balcony / terrace
• No cards accepted
• Written bookings, also by e- mail , are binding
• in case of early departure or cancellation fall to a cancellation fee of 90 % of the invoice amount
• Prices are not mandatory for landlords
• short-term stay less than 3 nights + 10 EUR per day
